1. Overview
This extension ("the Extension") helps you search and tag‑organize your own X (formerly Twitter) bookmarks, entirely on your device. It never sends your data to any external server. There is no developer backend that receives your data.
2. Data handled
Only when you press "Sync", the Extension reads the content shown on your open X bookmarks page (x.com / twitter.com) and stores:
- Tweet ID, URL, and text
- Author display name and @handle
- Post date and image thumbnail URLs
- The @handle of the account that owns the bookmark
- Tags you create
3. Where it is stored
The data above is stored only in your browser's local storage (IndexedDB). It is never stored in the cloud or on any developer server. You can erase it by uninstalling the Extension or clearing your browser data.
4. What we do NOT do
- Send data to any external server
- Analytics, tracking, or advertising
- Sell or share data with third parties
5. Permissions and why
- storage: to save your bookmarks and tags on your device
- tabs: to open/activate the bookmarks tab during sync
- Access to x.com / twitter.com: to read the content of your bookmarks page (only when you run a sync)
